A woman had dramatic outburst inside a South Bay Courtroom on Wednesday.
Vegas Bray is accused of shooting and killing her ex-boyfriend, 28-year-old Victor Saucedo last October.
"I'm not going down for something I don't remember doing. I'm not going down for a murder that didn't even happen. I'm not going down for something I don't even remember doing," she yelled.
Bray's lawyer says she blacked out and doesn't remember what happened.
Several people took the stand today, including Bray's brother, who says Bray called him twice the day she was arrested. She called once to say she loves him and a second time to tell him she shot Saucedo and that she was thinking of killing herself.
After the outburst Bray's attorney requested today's preliminary hearing be suspended.
