A car drove over a small cliff near the Cabrillo National Monument Tuesday night.
The accident happened just before 7 p.m. near 200 Catalina Boulevard in Point Loma. Officials said the car drove through a fence and onto Department of Defense property.
Aerial pictures showed rescue crews treating at least one person at the bottom of the hill. The extent of injuries are unknown.
