Cordell King, 28, was shot and killed by an unknown suspect or suspects on April 17, 2011, in the 4700 block of Thorn Street. He was fatally shot and left lying on street where officials pronounced him dead at the scene. To this day, a motive for the shooting has not been determined and police have no suspect descriptions.
